Cell Culture Incubators Capabilities
As a crucial piece of laboratory equipment, PHCbi brand cell culture incubators are designed to ensure highly accurate, reproducible chamber conditions. Our cell culture incubators provide a contamination-free environment while allowing precise CO2 or CO2/O2 control - essential for in vivo environment replication.
Passive Contamination Control with InCu-saFe®
Designed with standard, passive contamination control throughout the chamber interior. The inCu-saFe surface combines the germicidal properties of elemental copper with the corrosion and discoloration resistance of stainless steel.
SafeCell™ UV Protection
The SafeCell UV lamp provides an added layer of contamination control. It eliminates contaminants introduced during door openings as they pass over the humidity reservoir surface without affecting the cell cultures.
Integrated Microprocessor Control
Control and monitoring are offered through a fully integrated microprocessor controller with independent organic LED displays for CO2 and temperature. The softkey button menu enables intuitive programming. Alarm notifications warn when functions deviate from setpoints. A USB data port permits download of logged performance and event information.
CO2 Control
The automatic CO2 control system delivers precise, reliable and repeatable CO2 control over a setpoint range of 0% to 20% and includes a CO2 sample port integrated into the inner glass door.
Shelf Channel System
This stackable CO2 incubator offers a removable shelf channel system which allows for easy cleaning, eliminating the need for troublesome shelf brackets and clips. Perforated shelves promote natural temperature and gas uniformity.
Condensation Elimination
The innovative Peltier powered dew stick located in the interior chamber draws condensation away from the inner door, outer door and inside inCu-saFe copper enriched stainless steel surfaces. The dew stick returns moisture to the humidity reservoir and arrests contamination before it can destroy cell cultures.
