Our ultrasonic technology has been used successfully in both aqueous and solvent systems, which serve a wide variety of cleaning applications from rugged industrial to critically precise.

Features

The standalone ultrasonic reprocessing machine delivers 3x the industry standard (132 kHz) of micromechanical scrubbing.

The workhorse of the SPD! The SCIENTEK ultrasonic reprocessor efficiently cleans hard-to-reach internal passages and heavily soiled external surfaces, thoroughly cleaning and protecting your instruments.

Smart Models
Includes models US200EX, and US200EXL|EXR model numbers.

4 programmable cycles
Dual frequency 58/132 kHz powering 2000 watts of transducer arrays
Has an autofill with detergent injection pumps.
Has a drain cycle, a high-velocity flush with a low-pressure indicator.
A 10-port standard lumen manifold (cleaning capable).
An incoming water filter inlet.
An integrated lid spray rinse assembly during the final process step before opening.

The heated process tank maintains a temperature of 120°F.
58 kHz and 132 kHz frequencies provide precision cleaning and rinsing options.
Low liquid level protection.
Headers for cleaning cannulated instruments.
Baskets equipped with built-in handles.
Automatic, self-raising tray for loading instruments.
Auto open/close lid cover with indicator.
Door-and-panel interlock switches for operator protection.
The drain valve assembly is available for tanks with capacities of 2.5 gallons or higher.
Ceramically enhanced transducer technology.
Homogeneous sound field, energy distribution, and prevention of standing waves using frequency modulation (sweep).
Regardless of tank temperature, the generator’s digital power control provides consistent cleaning results.
Transducers provide uniform cleaning throughout the tank by sweeping at 3 kHz.
Deep-drawn stainless steel tanks with rounded corners ensure easy cleaning and long-lasting performance.
Digital power control, drain valve assemblies (for larger tanks), and intrinsically safe heaters enhance efficiency and user-friendliness.
All models are ETL-listed to UL/CSA/CE standards.

Ultrasonic Machine Accessories
Extended hose assemblies for detergent containers.
Low-protection notification-level switches for 10L detergent bottle use.
Trays and baskets.
Flush and hose kit assemblies.

Cleaning Chemistry
The Right Chemistry for Every Step of the Cycle
Using the wrong detergent — or a generic substitute — can damage instrument finishes, compromise delicate mechanisms, accelerate corrosion, and undermine the very cycle performance your washer was designed to deliver. SCIENTEK chemistries are formulated to be fully compatible with stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics, and are designed to work in coordination with SCIENTEK brand instrument washers and ultrasonic reprocessing systems.
