The Ductless Fume Hood Max C Series has an average inflow velocity of 80 fpm and maintains a negative pressure to ensure no chemical fumes escape. Airflow is monitored through the Esco Sentinel Silver control system. This microprocessor system provides information on statuses and alarm functions on the easy-to-read LCD. From this panel users of this ductless fume cabinet can also turn their fan and lamp on or off.

To keep the airflow moving this ESCO Ascent Max uses a centrifugal fan that’s permanently lubricated, and has the benefit of extremely quiet operation and low vibration. Components such as the lamps, motor capacitator, and switch controls are set away from the airstream and contaminated areas for easy servicing. The 6ft work area is stainless steel for a chemically resistant and corrosion-resistant surface that’s easy to clean and decontaminate. The external coating of this ductless fume hood is also sealed in ESCO’s isocide powder coating, which inhibits the growth of bacteria.
