PA53 FS6 Scan, this scanning platform provides full flexibility on scan and stitch of different fluorescent sample. We can select the use of HBO illuminator or high quality LED illuminator, using combination of different fluorochromes; with or without extended focus (excellent solution for FISH), or z-stacked.

- No limitation on the use of objective, super high resolution scan with oil immersion objective becoming possible
- No limitation on the use of contrasting methods, phase contrast, Polarizing contrast, etc… can be used. To scan sample without staining becoming possible
- PA53 Scan series using a specially designed tube with built-in 1.2 Mpixel camera for focusing and a 5 Mpxiel high resolution sCMOS camera for imaging
- Lumos LED is recommended for the scan which allow stable and homogenous illumination with very low consumable cost. HBO mercury burner can also be used if preferred
- 100mm x 100mm high precision motorized stage with smallest step size of 10nm (repeatability better than 200nm) is used, relocation even with 100x objective is not a problem
- Motorized 5x position nosepiece to allow smooth switching of objectives
