Multifluidics Tool

The Multifluidics Tool print head enables the triaxial printing of up to three different materials simultaneously, i.e., the core, intermediate, and outer shell, or selective mixing of multiple materials and co-extrusion, enabling numerous combinations of mixing based on the application.

Key Features

• Temperature control from RT to +66 °C in the biggest syringe barrel (10 mL) for the core material
• Syringe barrel sizes: 10 mL (the core material) and 5 mL (the intermediate and shell materials)
• Integrated UV/Vis LEDs for photocuring during printing at 365 nm, 405 nm or 450 nm
• Equipped with a standard triaxial needle with channels of 26 G, 19 G and 15 G
• Other needle sizes and configurations available according to request
