Flow Sciences - Nitrogenema II™

Features
Inert Gas Isolator - Low Moisture, Low Oxygen.
The Nitrogenema II™ offers a stable dry interior containment solution using a continuous nitrogen purge. Nitrogen helps eliminate moisture and keeps the interior workspace dry to protect sensitive materials. Designed using American Glovebox Society (AGS) guidelines, the Nitrogenema II™ aims to minimize arm, wrist, and shoulder fatigue. This unit’s features include HEPA filtration, a one-way check valve, and the ability to connect to a house exhaust system using a thimble connection.
Process
Dispensing/weighing pyrophoric substances, reactive substances, and other materials that react adversely to oxygen mixing.
Containment
This unit protects your process or application by nearly eliminating all moisture or oxygen with the flow of inert gas.
Design
Quick purge system reduces the amount of time it takes to purge the interior. Reduces downtime for cleaning procedures.
Benefits
Applications
The Nitrogenema II™ is designed for handling pyrophoric and reactive substances. It’s ideal for materials sensitive to oxygen. Protection is paramount in diverse applications.
Structural Materials
Constructed of white polypropylene with clear acrylic panels. A chemically resistant phenolic base contains spills. Static dissipative materials are optional.
Quick Purge System
Equipped with a quick-purge valve for efficiency. Allows rapid purging for campaign switches or cleaning. Designed to minimize downtime seamlessly.
HEPA Filtration
Boasts primary and secondary HEPA filters. The design prevents exhaust system contamination. An interior panel ensures safe filter replacements.
Inert Gas Workspace
The workspace is engineered for low humidity and oxygen. It ensures a stable environment for reactive materials. Safety and stability are key design elements.
Standard Sizes
Offered in widths of 3', 4', and 5' with two exhaust options. Units maintain a 28" depth and 29" height. Custom dimensions are available based on need.
