MS2085-20-FEP is a high-performance aluminum foil film featuring a three-layer structure consisting of a polyester film, an aluminum foil layer, and an adhesive layer. The aluminum foil layer is coated on one side with a specialized polyolefin heat-sealing adhesive layer, making it suitable for heat sealing of PP materials.

• Withstands high-temperature incubation at 60°C for over 30 days without bursting or perforation.
• Withstands vacuum negative pressure of -0.1 MPa for over 30 min without bursting or perforation.
• Withstands rapid nitrogen freezing at -200°C.
• Withstands long-term storage below -80°C without bursting or perforation.
• Resists corrosion by alcohol concentrations ≥95% and common solvents for over 15 days.
• Resists corrosion by alcohol concentrations ≥95% and DMSO for over 30 days.
• Free from DNase and RNase contamination, non-contaminated, and non-sterilized (though sterilization is possible).
