The MS2035-20-FP is a puncturable aluminum foil film featuring a single-sided application of a special polyolefin heat-sealing adhesive layer, designed for heat sealing of PP material.

• Capable of single-well or simultaneous 96-well puncturing.
• No fiber pulling, no layer separation, and no delamination.
• Resists bursting or pore leakage after 15 days of high-temperature incubation at 50°C.
• Resists bursting or pore leakage after 30 minutes of exposure to vacuum negative pressure (-0.1 MPa).
• Resists bursting or pore leakage after rapid freezing at -200°C with nitrogen.
• Resists bursting or pore leakage during prolonged storage below -80°C.
• Resists corrosion by alcohol solutions ≥95% concentration or common solvents for ≥15 days.
• Resists corrosion by alcohol solutions ≥95% concentration or DMSO for ≥30 days.
• Free from DNase and RNase contamination, uncontaminated, and non-sterilized (though sterilization is possible).
